Since my upgrade to Windows 10 I cannot access the system from my phone ('Unable to connect yo server' message on phone). And can't access setting on JenausCam setting on my PC ('JenausCam is not responding' message). Please, advice me on the situation and how to fix it.

If you have issues with the application, then I recommend checking the official website from where you can download the latest version of the software. it might be possible that issues were caused by the compatibility with Windows 10.
My Dell Inspiron has an internal webcam and I also use a Logitech webcam via a USB port. For some reason Jenause cam shows boxes for both but only picks up the internal webcam video. Any thoughts on how to pick up the Logitech?

First thing to check is the Device Manager on your computer. This step is required to be done to check if the drivers are properly installed on your computer. Go to Start > Run > devmgmt.msc. Make sure there are no yellow items in that list, then you can proceed further.
In case all webcams are installed properly, start JenausCam and use the drop down menu next to Video to select the streams. The camera devices have to be connected to PC for that menu to offer solutions.
